[B plan course]
There is a possibility to change to the B plan course due to weather conditions.
1. Precipitation of 2.5 mm or more continued for more than 2 hours before the start, or expected during the competition
2. Expected maximum temperature is below 20 ℃ and wind speed is over 5m intermittently
If a landslide or hypothermia risk is determined for the above reasons,
31㎞ is 9km turn-around point 『Itairi-no-Mine』⇒18km (hereinafter referred to as B-18km)
18km is 5.5km turn-around point『Haguro Parking Lot』⇒ 11km (hereinafter referred to as B-11km)
* At the turn-around point, the referee will sign on your bib with a pen. So please make sure to stop one moment there.
* Please note that athletes who headed after the turn-back point will be disqualified.

Race rules

This race is running through and around the Kushigata Mountains. Many valuable flora and fauna are home to this are. Runners are solely responsible for the risks of various injuries and distress and distress caused by severe height differences, bad weather, poor physical condition, lost roads, falling, slipping, falling rocks, bears, bees, etc., and the organizer does not assume any responsibility. Therefore, please prepare enough for each one. We ask for the understanding and cooperation of everyone so that we can leave this nature for future generations. These rules are subject to change. Changes will be posted on the News page of this race website each time.

● Those who violate the following competition rules or who do not follow the instructions of the staff will be penalized for 3 minutes or disqualified.
● Please prepare the mandatory equipment in advance. For details, please refer to madatory equipment.(※CHECK
● We will check mandatory equipment at the runner reception. Bring these mandatory equipment to the reception and show them to the staff. Please note that you will not be able to hand out the bib unless you show us the mandatory equipment.
● If you are late for the reception, you will not be able to run.
● If a runner (DNS) does not start due to circumstances, he / she must inform the staff. May be subject to missing runner.
● Runners must gather at the starting point 30 minutes before the start.
● The start time may change depending on the progress. Please follow the announcement on the race day.
● Runners must carry or wear mandatory equipment during the race.
● There are several cut off times on the course. Pass within the cut off time. If you are unable to pass, you will be disqualified.
● Runners must follow the specified course.
● When you drop from the race, be sure to contact the staff at the aid station or on the course. Otherwise may be subject to missing runner.
● Do not overtake in dangerous areas.Please follow the instructions of the course guidance staff.
● Please do not throw trash on the course.
● For 18km, a bib check will perform at the turn-around point 『Itairi-no-Mine』.The referee will sign on your bib with a pen. So please make sure to stop one moment there.
● Runners must follow the specified course.
● A lot of rare plants and animals live around the Kushigata Mountains. Please respect the nature. If you do leaving the mountain trail, mean if you do not respect the nature, you will be disqualified.
● Course is mountain trail, forest road and ridge trail. If there are climbers or hikers, be sure to follow the rules and manners of race such as walking while passing each other, and ensure safety by yourself.
● If you seems to be difficult to complete the race, the organizer may decide to abstain from the race.
● Pole and food and drinks can be delivered from private support (support prepared by individual runners) at the point designated in the race (support zone).

* If your supporter park on the street for support and distarb traffic, you will be disqualified. be careful.
* Support zone is within 50 meters radius of aid station.
● To protect mountain trails and vegetation, be sure to put a cap on a metal sharp pole.
● Use of stock / pole is prohibited from the start to the Haguro parking lot. It can be used anywhere after the Haguro parking lot to the goal.
● Set a goal time limit.
For 31㎞, please finish within 7 hours (15:00) from the start.
For 18㎞, please finish within 4 hours (12:30) from the start.
If you are unable to complete the goal, you will be disqualified.
● If there is a rescuer, the time required for rescue will be subtracted and a result will be issued.
● If the award ceremony is absent without any special reason, the athlete will be disqualified.

How to check mandatory equipment

●We will check mandatory equipment at the reception. Bring these all mandatory equipment to the reception and show them to the staff. Please note that you will not be able to hand out the bib unless you show us the mandatory equipment.

Notes

● You goes along ridges with many ups and downs. Please participate with sufficient practice.
● You will participate at your own risk as you would with a regular mountain climber. Therefore, even if a problem occurs, make sure that the organizer is not responsible for it and sign the pledge.
● Learning from overseas races, we are trying to be eco-friendly and paperless. No documents will be sent to Internet applicants. On the day, we will confirm your application by name at the venue reception.
● Please note that if a major accident occurs on the day before the race or on the day of the race, the race will be cancelled.
● When a weather warning is issued, the organizer will decide whether to cancel, change, or shorten it. The final decision will be announced on this website by 4 am on the day of the race.
● Please note that refunds will not be given even if the event is unavoidably interrupted, changed or canceled or postponed due to natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, fires, etc.), plague,etc.
● After receiving the application and completing the deposit procedure, you cannot change or cancel the event for any reason. Please note that participation fees will not be refunded.
● The organizer is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by runners to themselves or third parties.
● For accidents during the race, we will not respond to compensation beyond the insurance benefit limit by accident insurance. If you need compensation beyond the insurance benefit limit, you must join on your own.
● The organizer recognizes the importance of personal information, and handles personal information in compliance with laws related to the protection of personal information and related laws. However, the organizer has the right to publish the video, photos, records, etc. taken during the race to the Internet and to post the media.
